At Jakobson Properties, we make the apartment rental process simple. Review our long-term or short-term rental apartment listings which are updated frequently and kept as current as possible. If you’re unsure of the neighborhood you’d like to live in, you can check our map and see where each of our rental apartment buildings is located.
Then, when you think you’ve found an interesting apartment, follow the showing instructions which are listed right next to each property and go take a look. Once you’ve seen the apartment and you’re sure you’re ready to rent, print an apartment rental application, fill it out and bring it to our office. On the application page, please review our apartment rental process completely. You can also obtain an application by visiting us at 11 Waverly Place, between Greene Street and Mercer Street near Broadway in Greenwich Village, during regular business hours.
